Double-action pneumatic actuator For starting or stopping the valve
Single-action pneumatic actuator Fully automatic on/off device through spring unit inside of cylinder when power cut or breakdown.
Solenoid valve This solenoid valve can directly fitted onto the side of the actuator housing without pipe connection providing open or close operation control of valve and actuator. Water-proof type (IP65), explosion-proof type (Eexd), single electric and double electric control type are available 1/4”connector of air inlet, 1/8”connector of vent outlet. Limit switch box WES-01 limit switch box can transfer the position signal of valve and actuator to field and telecontrol station. It can be directly fitted on the top of actuator, it consist of a manual adjustable cam, mechanical indicator, sealed connector of cable(M18X1.5) two standard micro switches(JLXW1-A),AC220V, DC 24V of nominal voltage, 10A of nominal electric current. Water-proof type(IP67) and explosion-type are available.
Modular type design It can directly fitted onto the top of the actuator by connection accessories, positioner can accurately control open and close of valve from 0 to 90 degree. Standard pneumatic signal is 0.02-0.1 Mpa and standard electric signal is 0-10mA and DC 4-20mA direct, positive and negative operation system Zero position and limit adjusted. Clutch Valve reducer The reducer can be used with pneumatic device, achieve 90°on/off. Working progress: lift spacer pin, rotate device 180°, separate worm rod and gear, when ventilating, cylinder drive valve shaft and gear; contra rotating device, worm rod and gear meshed, rotate the hand wheel, drive valve shaft, also realize motion of cylinder piston.

Pneumatic driven butterfly valve Product ordering instructions
1. Pipeline wafer type flange standard should be in accordance with butterfly valve, dedicated flange of butterfly valve is recommended for wafer type connection flange.
2. Users should check the working conditions if it is accordance with the butterfly valve.
3. Lumen and sealing surface should be cleared up before installation, no waste adhering.
4. Both side of valve seat extruded as seal washer of flange, no need to use seal washer for butterfly valve
5. The butterfly valve could be installed at horizontal, vertical and any other angles of pipelines, and could be used in two-way.
6. The butterfly valve can not be installed at the corners of pipeline, no handstand installation allowed.
7. The butterfly valve must be closed when installing, to assure valve plate not to impact with the pipeline flange.
8. Verify flange welded without defects. Can not weld after installation to avoid to scald rubber articles and antiseptic coatings.
9. For abnormal situations on switching, should check it out, remove faults, do not open or close the valve with external force.
