1. Ordinary type electric actuated device is suitable for the following conditions:
1) Elevation not higher than 1000m
2) Working environment temperature: 20℃~55℃
3) Working environment humidity not more than 90%
4) Without strong corrosivity, inflammable, explosive mediums in the working environment.
5) Short time working system, rated time 10min, 15min or 30min.
2. Users should indicate before ordering for the next working environment conditions:
1) Environment temperature, temperature, elevation are not in accordance with above conditions.
2) Air is serious pollution by dirt, smoke, corrosive particle, radioactive particulate, steam or salt mist.
3) Encroached by mould or microorganism.
4) Installed area in the danger of fire or explosion hazard.
5) Suffered drastic vibration, impact or bump.
6) Other abnormal working conditions.

4. Indicate the requirements of installation and operation while ordering, to assure choose appropriate electric device and relative mechanism or parts.

 

QT type electrical butterfly valve  Installation instruction

1. Pipeline wafer type flange standard should be in accordance with butterfly valve, dedicated flange of butterfly valve is recommended for wafer type connection flange.
2. Users should check the working conditions if it is accordance with the butterfly valve.
3. Lumen and sealing surface should be cleared up before installation, no waste adhering.
4. Both side of valve seat extruded as seal washer of flange, no need to use seal washer for butterfly valve
5. The butterfly valve could be installed at horizontal, vertical and any other angles of pipelines, and could be used in two-way.
6. The butterfly valve can not be installed at the corners of pipeline, no handstand installation allowed.
7. The butterfly valve must be closed when installing, to assure valve plate not to impact with the pipeline flange.
8. Verify flange welded without defects. Can not weld after installation to avoid to scald rubber articles and antiseptic coatings.
9. For abnormal situations on switching, should check it out, remove faults, do not open or close the valve with external force.

High quality electrical butterfly valve operating requirements:

1. The safe operation rules of electric butterfly valve should in accordance with the instructions of electric device and controller.
2. The valve must be mediated for the first using, adjust the phase sequence if it is incorrect.
3. The electric device should situated at the top or side of the Electric butterfly valve, do not turn over
4. At the environment of having rainwater, spatter of raw materials and sunlit situation in a long period, it is necessary to install protection cover for the whole motor mechanism, meanwhile please considerate the motor mechanism ventilation and heat dissipation.
5. Please reserve connection wire and maintaining space while installing.
6. Do not put two or more motor operating mechanism power line in series or in parallel, or the device will be out of control because of mutual interference of capacitive.
7. Wiring entrance need to be sealed up in accordance with operating requirements, or the motor operating mechanism will be damaged by water or other liquids.
8. Manual manipulation after power down.
